Thwing-Albert's FP-2255 COF Tester (Coefficient of Friction Tester) / Peel Tester provides more information with less keystrokes and offers five languages standard on all instruments. It also provides the ability to create, save, and password protect test set ups. The COF test mode can be configured to measure the static and kinetic coefficient of friction. The Peel Tester mode can test the seal strength, and peel properties of plastic film, paper, paperboard, adhesives, labels and packaging materials. The Peel Tester can be configured to perform 180° peel tests, 90° peel tests, and T-Peel tests. The Tensile Tester mode can be configured to perform lightweight tensile tests up to 10 lbs (4.5 kg).
