Thermal Analysis of Mateirals
A bank of thermal analysis instruments are available at Lucideon to characterize and compare the thermal properties of materials including melting points, glass transition temperatures, moisture content, VOC content, filler content, ash content, Coefficient of Thermal Expansion, time to delamination, and much more. Techniques include DSC, TGA, TMA and SDT. Samples are prepared for analysis in our in-house machine shop. The rigorous quality management system requirements of Nadcap, 10CFR50 Appendix B and ISO 17024 are applied to each and every job performed.
