However, Zwick has been active in the field of servo-hydraulic testing technology for fatigue testing and determination of durability for several years and is steadily expanding its product portfolio. Customers from research and development rely on Zwick testing technology for determining the durability of standard components and for fatigue-testing larger, more complex components and complete products.
Zwick can supply a variety of testing machines for determining the durability of components or complete products. These range from single testing-actuators to servo-hydraulic testing machines for multi-axial fatigue tests, with an available force-range from 5 to 2500 kN. Zwick also supplies Vibrophores for determination of fatigue strength. Fatigue strength can be determined for the tensile and compression limits of the component. as well as for the torsion limit.
Zwick also produces an individual modular system for all fatigue testing requirements, consisting of actuators, hydraulic power-packs, distribution units, dynamic testing machines and other accessories. Powerful measurement and control electronics are available in the form of testControl II, while Zwick's testXpert ®II testing software provides support during test set-up and performance. In addition to standardized products, individual solutions for fatigue tests are always available.
